Kinetic Charging: Via direct contact, Remy can induce a charge in a non-living object which initiates a violent conversion of all potential energy to kinetic, generating an explosion with force and destruction proportional to its size. The charge induction causes the object to glow pinkish-purple as a result of molecular excitation, visually similar to Cherenkov radiation, if differing in shade and the physics behind it.

Skills:
Remy is a semi-reformed professional thief and confidence man. He has been trained to use basic firearms competently, but remains more at home with solutions that rely on stealth, trickery, misdirection and people skills.

He is skilled in the sport/discipline of parkour, and is trained in unarmed combat and self-defence techniques, as well as the use of improvised weaponry. His roots in the latter are more due to bar fights than formal instruction.

Although he is by no means a hacker, he is competent with electronic systems, in particular security systems and the bypassing thereof.

Remy enjoys boating.

Personality Profile:

LeBeau has proved difficult to evaluate due to his attempts at presenting a different profile to each evaluating officer. Regardless, he is intelligent, charismatic, easily bored if under-stimulated and with a morality based more around notions of responsibility to people, particularly the weak, than to their property.

Subject prone to occasional fits of deep introspection, during which he will isolate himself. Possibly due to formative environment? Monitor for any signs of this devolving into depression.
